The condo is a privately owned, 1600 square foot, single story, 5th floor 3 bedroom, 3 full bath vacation home with an ocean view. Built in 2006, this condo sits in Mar Vista Grande, one of a select few premier Resorts on the Grand Strand. This home away from home lends itself to a relaxing, fun vacation on the Grand Strand.

NOTICE! We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. Please see our other Rental Rules and Regulations. This home does not allow pets! To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $325.00 is charged per reservation. Linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the condo if you need them refreshed during your stay.  Paying with a credit card will incur a 3.5% credit card fee.  Parking is no charge but permits are required.  There is a multi level parking garage ground floor and continues to the 4th floor of the building.  We do not stock the condo however we provide a few items to get you started before you go to one of the many stores located a short drive from the condo.   

THE WHOLE PROPERTY IS SMOKE FREE to include cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, cigars, pipes, marijuana or similar items and devices. Violation of this policy will result in immediate ejectment without refund.
