Great place. I’ve been renting this unit for4 years now and was completely satisfied with its perfect condition every time. They supplied the unit with everything needed and never had an issue with anything. I am sorry that it is not available for me next season. Thanks to the people at Sunkist for always checking and making sure I had all I needed. Please keep me in mind for future rental opportunities as I would like to continue my stay in North Myrtle Beach Mar Vista Grande if possible.

I want to thank Rick and Maryann for a great job with this condo. It is always clean and stocked with all that is needed. I had the one issue with a plugged tub and Ric immediately took care of the problem. I’ve been coming here 4 out of the last 5 years less one year that it was not available because of Covid. I look forward to working with them in the years to come. Thank you both for making #502 Mar Vista my home away from home. I have recommended your company to numerous friends who would love to work with you in getting a place in Mar Vista Grande. See you both in 2025. Thx again

This is my second time staying at MVG 502 and again is was great. It was so good I’ve signed up for next Feb thru March. The condo is always clean and well stocked with everything needed. My home away from home for those cold winters back in Rochester. Thanks to Ric for making sure things went perfectly. Also a special thanks to the family who own the condo for letting me use their beautiful home for those two months. I can’t wait until next year. Thanks again

We have not been to MB in 10 plus years. We were looking for a place that was clean, child friendly and in an excellent location. This place didn't disappoint.

The place was nice and clean. Poolside tiki bar was a plus! The condo had everything you could need for the perfect beach trip.

It was very clean and beautifully decorated! Everything that we could have needed was there for us!
