Our stay at 711 was perfect! The decor is beachy, beds are comfortable, well-stocked kitchen & great amenities. This is a top notch rental. We hope to return soon!

This is a beautiful unit is an amazing complex. Clean, luxurious, and friendly complex with very nice amenities. The condo was clean and spacious. The decor is fresh and beachy but very nice. Like living a dream. Ocean front. Pools, lazy river, fully stocked, including beach chairs, close to most attractions, gated, felt safe, complex was clean and well maintained. Good communication, easy check in and out. BIG balcony. Easy booking, free parking garage. VERY FRIENDLY. THIS PLACE IS A VACATION DREAM COME TRUE. PLAN ON SPENDING AT LEAST 2 WEEKS!!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this spacious and super-clean condo. Though our family has visited this area many times, this is the first time I can honestly say we would love to return!

It’s just as beautiful in person as the pictures online! Communication was excellent and very accommodating!

We loved our stay at Almost Heaven, we only wish it could have been longer. The condo was very clean and our communication with the property manager was excellent. The ocean view from the balcony was unbelievable, especially at night when you could see the storms out over the ocean. You can enjoy those same views from the master suite as well as the living area. Everything was as advertised and better. The property staff at Mar Vista Grande does an excellent job at keeping the property clean and safe. We will definitely be coming back next year for our beach getaway.

What a beautiful unit. The beach decorations are a perfect balance to add to the atmosphere without becoming cheesy. The unit was clean and neat. The kitchen is amply supplied with dishes, drink ware and utensils. The 3 bathrooms were perfect for all of us to get ready for an evening out. The beds were comfortable. We all loved the spacious oceanfront balcony and spent a lot of time there given the various seating provided! We loved the rocking Adirondack chairs. The owners locker has the perfect beach accessories which. We didn’t know about in advance so we brought our own. Definitely leaving our stuff at home next time we go. The communication with Ric was excellent. We loved our stay and will be back! Thank you for a great place to make family memories!! There were 4 adults and 4 kids in our group.

We stayed at Almost Heaven 711 in May 2023 and will definitely stay here again! The entire complex (Mar Vista Grande) is exceptionally clean and the condo is as well. The furnishings are comfortable and there is plenty of space for our party of 5 adults. You will enjoy watching the sun rise and set from the balcony and the comfortable furniture. The owners have literally thought of everything to ensure your vacation is relaxing and stress free.

Book this one! This condo was better than described. The view of the ocean is unbelievable at sunrise and absolutely stunning at night. The condo was clean, decorated tastefully and very roomy for 3 adults, 2 teens, and a child. The building and its location are in a clean and safe area. The property is well maintained and was very family oriented. Beach access was the best I’ve ever encountered on any vacation. The owners responded to my questions within minutes and the whole process was simple. If you are on the fence about this listing, book it now! You will not be disappointed.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. The location was centrally positioned to a downtown location and a short Uber ride to barefoot Landing. The beach was spectacular in the pool was a nice escape. The condo was tastefully decorated and Ric was top notch with communicating throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to visiting again and will be sure to reach out to Ric!

This was a very nice very clean beach front condo. The amenities added to the resort. We had a fabulous time.

Property was nice and clean. This kids enjoyed the multiple swimming pools and ease of getting to the beach. Everything was super easy. This condo was in great shape and was well decorated. Can't beat the view!

We could walk to shops and food. Parking was super convenient. Our family of adult kids and spouses had a first class time at your condo!

This was a beautiful property with a pristine ocean view. Every detail for a comfortable stay was provided to our family, including beach toys and umbrella. The decor was spectacularly relaxing and tasteful. We will surely return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 711 MVG Almost Heaven! Our hosts, Ric and Maryann, made the entire stay wonderful. The condo is decorated to a T and well-stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. The MVG facility is second-to-none. The view from our 711 patio was beautiful! We plan to try and rent it again. Thank you Ric and Maryann!

This property was exactly as described in a great location with wonderful amenities. Ric and Maryann were great to work with, very prompt in their communications and made the entire stay without issues. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat if we make it back out to Myrtle.

Very nice room

As someone who often utilizes VRBO to book vacation rentals, I have learned that the ad sometimes does not match up to the property you end up renting. This condo exceeded my expectations on all levels. Great place to stay, excellent accommodations, awesome amenities. Have already booked my vacation for next year. The most pleasant surprise was the inclusion of toddler plateware and silverware. I would give this place 6 stars if I could!
