These week-long festivals are a reunion of sorts for shag dancers of all ages. Main Street, with its shopping, dining and beach clubs, turns into a party when thousands of dancers reunite on Ocean Drive Beach

NOTICE! We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. Please see our other Rental Rules and Regulations. This home does not allow pets!  To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $325.00 is charged per reservation. Linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the condo if you need them refreshed during your stay.  Paying with a credit card will incur a 3.5% credit card fee.  Parking is no charge but permits are required.  There is a multi level parking garage ground floor and continues to the 4th floor of the building.  We do not stock the condo however we provide a few items to get you started before you go to one of the many stores located a short drive from the condo.    

THE WHOLE PROPERTY IS SMOKE FREE to include cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, cigars, pipes, marijuana and similar items and devices. Violation of this policy will result in immediate ejectment without refund.
