Great location, property was well maintained

Property was very clean. Condo has everything you need to enjoy a carefree trip away from home including ample bath AND beach towels, playing cards, charging station for devices, 3 FULL bathrooms, and even a mega ice maker in the freezer (in case you happen to celebrate National Pina Colada day)… Ric (property manager) made us feel like old friends and was easy to communicate with. The property had indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river and is sitting right in the beach. Tiki Bar staff were awesome and even property employees went above and beyond to help us out. Location is in quieter section of town and very family friendly. Will be back

Our family has been traveling to Myrtle beach for many years and this was our first time staying at Mar Vista Grande. It was hands down our favorite place we’ve ever stayed! Our condo was extremely clean and had everything our family needed for our stay. The owners were available when needed to answer questions and were very kind and helpful. The amenities at the building were wonderful. The gym was big and clean, and our children (who range from teenagers to 6 years old) all loved the variety of pools available. We enjoyed the tiki bar everyday for lunch and loved the yummy drinks we got to enjoy each day. We will absolutely be back to this condo and hope to rent from these great owners for many years to come!

Beautiful condo and building. The pools are fantastic. Condo is well designed and roomy.

We have stayed at 810 Mar Vista Grande for a number of years. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The building is the best in N. Myrtle Beach. The staff work hard to keep it in the top shape. Rick and Maryann are always available, friendly, and helpful. We are very satisfied!

I highly recommend this property. The overall process was super easy. The parking was excellent. The condo was super clean with everything available that you might need. We had 6 people and there was so much room. The location of this condo is perfect. The pools and hot tubes were top notch. The entire condo smelled so good when we went in. Access to the beach was perfect. :) We will stay again at this location.

Everything a family wants on a beach vacation.

We had a fabulous time staying at the Mar Vista condos. We stayed in unit 810 and couldn’t have been more pleased. The condo as well as the facilities (pools and fitness center) are kept up very well. Everything is clean and maintained. We will be coming here again. Highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!

This property was wonderful for our family. We have stayed at this complex several times and are very happy with its amenities and location. This particular condo was incredibly clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this unit and its host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and our stay in Unit 810 MVG. The owner’s/management company has taken good care of it and it really felt like home. We enjoyed it so much we recommended Sunkiss Mermaid to my sister and her husband who ended up booking Unit 711 MVG (for next year) with Sunkiss Mermaid at the same time as we re-booked 810. The manager, Ric, arranged for my sister and I to see Unit 711 as the previous occupants had just left that morning and it was being cleaned up for the next guests. We saw the cleaning staff in action, hard at work, and the place was spotlessly clean, just like ours was. Highly recommend.

The water front condo was great for a family of 6. Check in was easy and enjoyed the secured facility. The space was open and comfortable. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The comforters on the beds need to be replaced. Otherwise, I look forward to returning next year and recommend the condo for large families.

We were extremely pleased with our accommodations at Mar Vista. Most importantly, the room was spotless. Great location and loved the roominess of the balcony area overlooking the ocean. Had some difficulties with the TV and remote control, but we're not the most technical people. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal, and the seating on the balcony was comfy and able to accommodate our group of seven. The building is very nice, the pools are wonderful and everything is very clean. We enjoyed the indoor open air pool to escape the afternoon soon and enjoyed playing in the tidal pools on the beach in the evenings. Very close to great restaurants (Buoy’s) and ice cream (Melt). Hosts were quick with communication and let us know that the condo was ready before our check in time. Overall a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend.

Check in and check out were seamless. The communication was fantastic. They even called me on the way down to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend renting from SunKiss Mermaid.

I would highly recommend this property. Though we booked through VRBO, this property is actually managed by Sunkiss Mermaid in NMB. They were amazing to work with - everything was just as they said it would be. The pictures don't do justice to how nice this property really is. Hope to stay again soon!

We were so pleased with this property. The ease of getting to the pool and beach was one of the best parts. The condo was very clean and bright. The furniture and lighting are updated from the post on VRBO. As they will communicate to you as your stay approaches, there are a few essentials to get you started. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. And the property managers were very responsive with any inquiry sent along the way. Andrea S.

We stayed here for spring break and had the best experience! The suite was beautiful and updated even from the pictures on the site which was a nice surprise! The whole building is very clean and well kept! The kids loved the pools! The master bed is pretty firm so I am happy I read the comments to bring a mattress topper! Very comfortable with that! The other beds are very nice and did not need any toppers! When we come back to Myrtle Beach we will absolutely be coming back here!

We just checked out and have to say that it was the best week! The suite and the building and amenities are beautiful and clean!! The suite has been updated from the pictures here and it is beautiful! We had zero problems and found the check in and check out process very easy!! I am thankful that I ready the comments that said that the king bed in the master is a hard mattress and to bring a topper. We brought ours and slept great! The other rooms and great and mattresses are very comfortable! Overall extremely happy and will be booking here again when we come back to Myrtle Beach!

Very nice property and outstanding views. Unit was clean and management company was great. We had a minor plumbing issue that was address on Thanksgiving, so 5 Stars there for sure. Unit is fully stocked for cooking and has nice furnishings. Beds were super firm in some of the bedrooms including the master, which is not a complaint just more of an FYI. Would recommend this unit 100%,

This was a great vacation. Condo was just as expected. Clean and had everything we needed.

Our initial impressions of the property was that it was very clean and just as pictured in the listing. The check in process was a breeze and we were able to get in and set up in no time. The condo was well organized and had plenty of room for everyone. The balcony views were amazing and we all, four adults, had plenty of room to be out there at the same time. One thing that was so nice was that the washer and dryer worked excellent. We have stayed at other rentals where this was a not the case. The beds in the double queen rooms were very comfortable however the master bed is very firm which might be nice for some folks but we will make sure to bring a pad with us next time. The soaker bathtubs in both of the bathrooms were kind of high to step over. The master bath is very nice and roomy and included a lighted makeup mirror. The location of the property is fantastic. It is close to shopping, entertainment and dining. The amenities of the property were a lot of fun and were super clean. Having pools both inside and outside was great since some days the weather was not great but we could still swim. We also enjoyed the tiki bar at the pool that served both food and drinks. We had a couple of small issues and we called Ric. He responded quickly and had them resolved the next day. Overall we had a fantastic time staying here and plan to visit again next year.

Our family typically stays in the Cherry Grove Beach area, so this area was quite a bit busier than we were used to. But regardless, the building and condo 810 were absolutely fabulous. VERY well kept, clean and great amenities. The Tiki Bar, the pools and beach access were all great. Parking was never a problem. We found the building to be quiet too, even though there were many people there. Definitely on the list for place to return to!

The unit and building were so clean and updated. The variety of pools and hot tubs was great. The area around was safe and quiet. We love it!

We were extremely pleased with this property! From the great view of the ocean and comfy furniture on the balcony to the well stocked kitchen to the amenities at the resort, everyone in our group really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were well appointed and the fact that there were 2 on-suites served our group very well. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable to sit in and everything worked as it was supposed to. We've stayed at many different resorts over the years and this one is by far our favorite beachside resort.

We were impressed with how nicely furnished and beautiful this condo was, and the balcony with great views of the beach and ocean.

This was a perfect Condo with a Beautiful View. The condo was just as the pictures described. The balcony was one of our favorite places to relax and listen to the ocean. Would stay here again!

This beautiful unit did not disappoint. Mar Vista has great amenities and this beautifully decorated, clean,well appointed unit made for a relaxing stay. This is one of the best units we’ve stayed in, at mar vista grande. Highly recommend.
